Mr. Quackers starts by weaving a woven, filled base.  Techniques include setting up a filled base, twining, start/stop weaving, the use of overlays, paired triple twining with a step up and the use of Shaker Tape as handles.  A cute vintage inspired embellishment adorns the front.  The accent colors are pink, green and yellow.  Perfect for Spring!
