Little Miss Liberty is a great beginner basket!  The basket starts by setting up a woven, filled base.  Techniques include filling a base, twining, start/stop weaving and the use of overlays.  The accent colors are red/blue.  The front is adorned with a cute, patriotic button embellishment.
