South by Southwest

South by Southwest starts by weaving a woven, filled base on a D handle and tucking the filler spokes using the “chicken feet” method.  Other techniques include twining, paired triple twining with an arrow and the use of overlays.  The accent colors are Santa Fe space dyed reed and aquamarine.
