The Clothespin Basket

This cute basket was designed to hold clothespins.  The Clothespin Basket begins by weaving a filled base using the “chicken feet” method to tuck the filler spokes.  Techniques include, start/stop weaving, twining, triple twining with an arrow and the use of overlays.  The accent color is smoked.  A cute fabric ribbon adorned with clothespins and a coconut shell button decorate the front of the basket. A cute addition to your worktable!
