The Sweet Life

Basket dimensions: (L) 7” x (W) 5 1/4” x (H) 10 1/4”

The Sweet Life starts by weaving a woven, filled base.  Techniques include twining, start/stop weaving, the use of overlays and continuous weave.  The rim is triple lashed – twice with reed and once with waxed linen to complement the colors in the basket. A metal hummingbird completes this charmer.
